招聘要求

Main tasks:

1. Improve customer quality performance and reduce customer complaints with clear quality targets;
2. Act as interface between Voss and customer to handle exporting customer complaints in a high professional way;
3. Pilot root cause analysis and action plan implementation with high quality sense in a pro-active manner;
4. Deep involvement in shop floor personnel and activities to identify/ eliminate potential quality complaint risks and act as mentor/ key driver to enhance shop floor team’s quality sense;
5. Participation in quality planning for new project launch;
6. Other tasks assigned.

Must-Criteria:

1. Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering;
2. High quality sense in complex assembly process with GP12/ quality wall requirements ;
3. Strong team driver with good communication skill;
4. Familiar with quality tools and TS 16949;
5. Speak Mandarin and English as working language;

Can-Criteria:

1. Experience with Japanese customer.
