招聘要求

Responsibility 职责：
-Compose management document according to ISO9001:2008.
按ISO9001:2008要求，协助质量经理编写管理文件；
-Make annual internal audit plan, audit product and process, and make internal audit report. Follow up the corrective actions.
编制年度审核计划，进行产品审核及过程审核，完成审核报告， 跟踪改进措施的落实。
-Cooperate with customer to finish 2nd party audit. Follow up audit findings and make report.
配合客户验厂；跟进审核发现，并编制报告；
-Take charge of customer complain, submit 8D report on time. And follow up corrective actions in the report.
负责处理客户投诉，及时向客户递交8D报告。跟踪8D报告中改进方案的落实并验证其效果。
-Monitoring quality during producing, analyze the root cause of nonconforming, make corrective actions and follow up.
监督生产过程的质量，督促不良品的原因分析及预防和纠正措施的跟踪落实。
-Go to supplier site to solve incoming material quality problem if necessary.
必要时，去供应商现场，解决来料的质量问题；
-Coordinate with related department, to make sure the quality object can be achieved.
协调质量部与其他相关部门，以确保质量目标的达成；
-Other work from quality manager.
其他质量经理要求的工作。

Requirements 任职要求：

1. Education教育：College degree or above. 大专及以上学历
2. Age 年龄：25-40.
3. Personality 性格

a) Do things carefully 做事认真；
b) Can work under pressure 能够在压力下工作；
c) Have Strong sense of principle 原则性强；

1. Language 语言

Can read and write English. Oral English is plus. 能够读写英语，口语更佳。
