招聘要求

Description:
• In charge of supplier evaluation, approval and development;
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List;
• Responsible for supplier contingency plan;
• Lead and drive supplier activities, focusing on quality management, non-conformance control, regulatory compliance (EICC) and quality improvement initiatives to support DDFT business;
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement;
• Coach supplier of HDD industry expectation;
• Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions to reduce quality cost;
• Owns development and accuracy of product specifications for purchased materials or components with PE/PDE;
• Responsible for ensuring material quality compliance with the drawings and specifications;
• Owns RoHS and Halogen free testing plan for purchased materials or components;
• Buy-off on new raw material First Article Package;
• Key participant in MRB process;
• Inspect supplier CoC/CoA and LAT reports;

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in mechanical or electronic engineering;
• At least 5 years supplier quality engineering experience in manufacturing company;
• In-depth knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology;
• Rich experience in supplier process audit;
• Multi tasks ability and prioritization skills are required;
• Background in HDD or die cutting industry is preferred;
• Plastic molding and injection experience is preferred;
• Single source supplier management experience is preferred;
• New product introduction experience is desired;
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with both domestic and overseas partnership;
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Good team spirit;
• Able to travel domestic or overseas in a 30% basis;
