I'm 36 years old now, these days ,I am thinking about how to face my future.
continue this job, or look for another new job. I am thinking in the struggle.
How time flies! I have been working at this company for four years, but a lot of ideas can not be implemented , I have no achievment, as a QA manager ,I know the boss need you to solve the porblem not listed them, but here, no one can understand the QMS, the TQM, the Quality Cost Control.....
The production manager is only junior high school, the purchasing manager is Genal Manager's brother-in-law, the R&D manager is a retired old man, and so on, so many problem I can't change.
A lot of time, I think what I said is just whistle jigs to a milestone,Can I change this situation, If no,I'm able to stay this company all the time and doing nothing. Let me look before you leap.
